Your items are shipped from within the USA. Your package(s) will be delivered by one or more couriers and may come in one or more packages.
Items ship immediately after payment is received and in just 5 to 7 days your package will be delivered.
In general, all sales are considered final.
If the merchandise is defective or missing pieces, then please notify us in 3 days of receipt to arrange for a refund. We will issue a A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
There is a 14 day window for exchange of a perfectly good merchandise for the following reasons:
Wrong merchandise shipped
Wrong color shipped
Wrong size was ordered
We will issue an RMA.
We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. Returned items must be in their original, unused, unlaundered condition with original tag(s) and packaging. If returned items do not meet these criteria, then they will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). Buyer pays return shipping cost.
Please allow 2 to 5 days after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise for credit. This will take time before the refund appears on your card or account. Refunds will be in the original form of payment
